Champion Member Mission!
For Member Mission to last beyond 2013, it needs to be in the wills of its advocates. Here are three ways to put a bequest in your will.
Bequest of a Sum: I give the sum of (insert dollar amount) to the Member Mission Network,
Inc., a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, now having its principal place of business at 10 Jubert Lane, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
Residuary (all of one’s estate) Bequest: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal and where so ever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to the Member Mission Network, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, now having its principal place of business at 10 Jubert Lane, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
Percentage Bequest: I give all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real
and personal, and wherever situated, which I may own or may be entitled to at the time of my death, all of which property shall be known as my "Residuary Estate", as follow: (___%) to the Member Mission Network, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the
State of New York, now having its principal place of business at 10 Jubert Lane, Plattsburgh, NY 12901, (___ %) to [list percentages and names of other beneficiaries here].
