A way to live at work
Who helped you with your work this past week? Have you thanked the helper or helpers?
Based on Luke 17:11:19
[A way to live at work based on a reading from The Revised Common Lectionary for The Twenty-first Sunday after Pentecost, 10/9/16. On his way to Jerusalem, Jesus passed between Samaria and Galilee. Ten Lepers’s asked for mercy. Jesus said, to go to the priest and show the priests their bodies. As they went, they were healed. Only one turned back to thank Jesus. He was a Samaritan—a group seen as foreigners by main stream Judaism. Jesus asks where are the other nine who were healed. He tells the healed man to go on his way; his faith has healed him.
A theme: Be grateful to the giver for help you have been given.]
